Use 5 minutes a day per treatment area. For the first 60 days, use 5 days per week. After 60 days, use 2-3 days per week to maintain results. Use on Upper Arms, Abs, Buttocks, Front + Back Thighs, Inner + Outer Thighs.

Prep – Cleanse treatment area with an oil-free cleanser. Apply NuFace Gel Primer in a mask-like layer one area at a time.
Smooth – Glide the NuBody device over body as directed. To smooth stubborn ripples or dimples, hold NuBody on the target area for up to 5-minutes until the device powers off automatically.
Finish – Massage any excess gel primer into your skin for additional skincare benefits.
