Primary Veil is a restorative prepping mist that is applied after toning. The milky emulsion soothes the skin and works to enrich the subsequent steps in your skincare routine. Morning and/or evening, apply product by spraying directly onto clean face, or by spraying onto hands and then applying to clean face.
