Description
In young tissue, senescent cells “self-destruct” through a biologically programmed process. However, as we age and as we are exposed to sources of oxidative stress, such as UV rays and pollution, the number of senescent cells gradually increases. These cells can no longer renew themselves and regenerate tissue, but nor can they die, hence the term “zombie cells”. Instead, they secrete substances that can cause inflammation and aging, contaminating neighbouring cells and causing them to become senescent too. When these “zombie cells” are present, skin ages faster, losing its thickness, gaining wrinkles, and becoming less dense and elastic. Directions for Use
As part of the Nescens cosmeceutical skincare program, apply the Zombie Cell Clearing Serum morning and night to reduce the number of senescent cells and help rejuvenate skin tissue.
Proceed with the application of day or night correcting care products.
Step 1: Wash the face and neck with the Cleansing Gel. Dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Spray Metabolic Activator Toner onto hands and apply to perfectly cleansed and dried face and neck. Massage lightly into skin to optimize the penetration of the product.
Step 3: Once the Metabolic Activator Toner has been successfully absorbed proceed with the application of the Zombie Cell Clearing Serum.
Step 4: Apply the Nescens correcting face and eye care treatments.
The Zombie Cell Clearing Serum is recommended in particular for:

Formula
– Rhododendron Ferrugineum Extract: can clear senescent cells within tissues and prevent them from forming prematurely by protecting skin proteins from oxidative damage. It significantly reduces reddening of skin, increases its elasticity, and restores its radiance, all of which has been demonstrated in in vivo and in vitro studies.
